We proudly offer a 12-month manufacturing warranty on all Argent Silversmith pieces. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only — it does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, improper care, or work completed by another jeweller.

Our team will guide you through the return-for-assessment process.
After evaluation, we’ll advise whether the issue falls under warranty or provide a repair quote if it does not.
Note: Replacement gemstones or missing parts of a piece will be charged at a cost unless the piece was faulty.
