there are a few ways you can find your ring size:
• visit a jeweller and request a ring size (some jewellers may be reluctant to do this or charge a fee if you are not making a purchase in their shop)
• use the ring size guide on the website comparing a ring that fits to the sizes on the guide (nb. this must be printed to scale for accurate sizing)
yes, we can - there is a fee for resizing depending on the type of ring (with/without gemstone) - follow the instruction on the resizing pageto initiate the process

you can give your jewellery a polish with one of our polishing pads or fine grit sandpaper or to give it a deep clean, you can use the bicarb & aluminium technique (do not use this with gemstone pieces) :
1/4 cup hot water
piece of aluminum foil (big enough to cover a bowl or plate).
Cover a plate with some aluminium foil.
Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of bi carb.
Then pour the hot (but not boiling) water onto the plate.
Stir to dissolve the powders.
Now you can place your silver in the solution.
How long do you need to keep your silver in the solution? The results may be immediate, or they may take a few minutes. However, if an item is very tarnished, this cleaning method will not make your jewellery perfectly clean and looking like new.
Additional polishing will still be needed.
yes you can - we now have a mix & match earrings + hoops page which has each earring available for individual purchase as well as replacement earring backings. We also have a page with all of our available chains.
