The Custom process
From first sketch to final polish, each Argent piece is created slowly, intentionally, and in conversation with you. This is jewellery made with meaning - and made to last.
Step 1: Consultation
Whether in person or online, this is where we begin - listening, asking the right questions, and exploring your ideas, timeline, and budget with care.
Step 2: Design Development
Together, we'll shape your vision into something tangible.
Your designer will sketch and refine the concept, balancing form, meaning and wearability.
Step 3: Stone Sourcing
We'll present a curated selection of ethically sourced stones - chosen not just for beauty, but for how well they suit the piece and the person it's made for.
Step 4: Quoting & Confirmation
Once the design is finalised, we'll provide a clear, tailored quote.
A deposit confirms your piece and secures time in our workshop schedule.
Step 5: Handcrafted in our studio
Each piece is brought to life in our Victorian studio, using traditional techniques and recycled precious metals.No shortcuts - just skilled hands and time-honored processes.
Step 6: Completion & Delivery
When your piece is ready, we'll be in touch with final images and delivery or collection details. From there, it's yours to wear, gift, or treasure.
A Few Practical Notes: Timeline: Allow 6-8 weeks for most pieces. Materials: Recycled precious metals, ethically sourced stones.
