Generally orders are all made to order and take 2-3 weeks to create, package and post.

Custom orders are generally 3-5 weeks.

All of the jewels on the website will be available to purchase and made to order in the next drop (once we’ve finished making the last batch) - sign up to the newsletter for early access and info for the next website reopen.

There are a few ways you can find your ring size:

- Option 1 - Visit a jeweller and request a ring size (some jewellers may be reluctant to do this or charge a fee if you are not making a purchase in their shop)

- Option 2: we are now offering free plastic ring sizers with any order - select 'size TBA' in the ring size dropdown and tick the 'free ring sizer' checkbox at the checkout.

Yes, we do make one-off custom pieces, follow the instructions on the bespoke page to request a quote.

Yes we do! Our recycling scheme launched in '22 and we can get your disused jewellery recycled in exchange for a shop credit - check out the page for more information and to initiate the process.

You can give your jewellery a polish with one of our polishing pads or fine grit sandpaper or to give it a deep clean, you can use the bicarb & aluminium technique (do not use this with gemstone pieces) :

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup hot water

Salt

Piece of aluminum foil (big enough to cover a bowl or plate).

1 tbsp bicarb

METHOD:

Cover a plate with some aluminium foil.

Add 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of bi carb.

Then pour the hot (but not boiling) water onto the plate.

Stir to dissolve the powders.

Now you can place your silver in the solution.

How long do you need to keep your silver in the solution? The results may be immediate, or they may take a few minutes. However, if an item is very tarnished, this cleaning method will not make your jewellery perfectly clean and looking like new.

Additional polishing will still be needed.
