At Argent Silversmith, every piece is hand-crafted with care and intention. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to love & wear your jewellery. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns Policy
Argent Silversmith may offer exchanges or store credit for eligible jewellery purchases.
Please note:

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Returns must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

The value of the store credit will equal the original purchase price, excluding shipping fees.
Exclusions to Returns and Exchanges
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Made to order or bespoke pieces, including engraved jewellery, engagement rings, and wedding bands.

Earrings (due to hygiene regulations).

Pieces altered or resized by a third-party jeweller.

Items purchased during sample, archive, or promotional sales.

Jewellery not returned in its original condition or packaging.
Exchange Fee
A 10% handling and restocking fee applies to all exchanges, with a minimum charge of $50.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
Return Process
To start a return or exchange:

Contact us at hello@argentsilversmith.com with your order details and reason for return.

Our customer service team will contact you with next steps.

Once approved, return your piece via tracked post to our Returns Team.

We recommend using insured, signature-on-delivery shipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once received and inspected, a store credit or new item will be issued.
Argent Silversmith reserves the right to return any pieces that do not meet the above conditions.
Shipping and Liability
When returning or exchanging jewellery, ensure your parcel is securely packaged and properly insured. Argent Silversmith is not liable for damage or loss during transit caused by inadequate packaging or untracked shipping.
