If you have purchased an Argent Silversmith piece but are not completely happy with the finish or style, you can exchange it (depending on the piece) for another finish/style.
We believe that our jewellery is timeless and hope you cherish your pieces forever, which is why we will exchange it at no extra cost besides postage.
Please include a description of your piece and what you are wanting to exchange it for in the comment box. Once you've submitted your exchange 'order', please post your piece to:
