We ship Australia-wide using secure, trackable services with signature on delivery to ensure your jewels arrive safely.

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (AEDT/AEST), excluding public holidays.

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched; please check your junk or spam folders if you do not receive this.

Typical services (subject to change) include:

  • Australia Post Express

  • Priority or Express Courier (such as DHL, FedEx or similar couriers as appropriate)

Estimated delivery:

  • Metro: approximately 1–2 business days

  • Regional: approximately 2–4 business days

  • Rural/remote: approximately 3–10 business days

Delivery timeframes are indicative only; once in transit, delays outside our control (carrier or weather disruptions) may occur.

We reserve the right to update our preferred carriers and service options from time to time.

 


 

Complimentary Shipping

From time to time, Argent Silversmith may offer complimentary express or secure shipping over a set order value or on specific collections or campaigns.

Any current complimentary shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly noted on our website or at checkout.

 


 

International Shipping

We are honoured to ship Argent Silversmith pieces worldwide via trusted express carriers.

  • International orders are typically shipped via express services such as DHL Express, Australia Post International, FedEx or an equivalent reputable courier, with signature on delivery.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery once dispatched (guide only):

  • New Zealand: approximately 3–10 business days, depending on service and location.

  • North America, UK, Europe, and Asia: approximately 3–10 business days, depending on country and customs processing.

  • Rest of World: timeframes vary and will be advised at checkout where possible.

International shipping rates and any free-shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.

 


 

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

International customers may incur duties, taxes and import fees set by their local customs authority.

  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Argent Silversmith.

  • Where possible, estimated duties and taxes may be calculated and prepaid at checkout; otherwise, they may be collected by the carrier before delivery.

  • As the recipient, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other charges required to release the shipment.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

 


 

Local Collection (If Offered)

If local collection from our studio or showroom is available, it will be offered at checkout to customers within eligible postcodes.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection.

  • Collection is available during nominated business hours, and a valid ID or order confirmation may be requested at pickup.

Details of the available collection location(s) and hours will be kept up to date on our website.

 


 

Signature on Delivery & Security

To help protect your jewellery in transit, all orders are sent with tracking and generally require a signature upon delivery.

  • If you are not home, the carrier may leave a collection card or reschedule delivery in line with their policies.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.

If you have not received this email within a reasonable timeframe after your production window, please check your junk or spam folder and then contact our team.

 


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please take a moment to carefully review your shipping address at checkout.

  • Argent Silversmith cannot be held responsible for deliveries that are delayed or misdirected due to incorrect or incomplete address details being provided.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to adjust the shipping address or reroute the parcel.

  • Orders that track as “delivered” to the address provided at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded in the event of loss or theft.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible; while we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to assist before dispatch.

 


 

Delivery Delays

All delivery timeframes are indicative and subject to carrier performance and customs processes.

Argent Silversmith is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by postal/courier services, customs or border inspections.

  • Delays during busy periods such as public holidays, major sales or unforeseen disruptions.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should your parcel take a little longer than anticipated to arrive.

 


 

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us so we can work alongside the carrier to investigate.

  • We may lodge an enquiry with the shipping provider on your behalf and will keep you informed of any updates.

  • Resolutions and timeframes will depend on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation and the level of insurance applied to your shipment.
