Pricing

Prices are subject to change depending to market fluctuations of precious metals.

Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned and exchanged within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Products can only be returned with a valid proof of purchase (online order confirmation and/or receipt) and must be in perfect condition and original packaging.  Exchanges can be made for products of equal value or for a shop credit of equal value (minus postage fees if applicable). Please note that exchanges will incur postage fees. Please ensure your piece/s are securely packaged as Argent does not accept responsibility for items damaged in transit.

Please follow the steps below if you wish to return and exchange your purchase:

1. Submit and enquiry within 14 days of purchase.

2. Post your purchase and original packaging to: Argent Silversmith Returns, PO BOX 229, Tawonga South VIC 3698

It is your responsibility to securely package your products as exchanges cannot be made for items damaged in transit. 

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for pieces that have been deemed faulty. We can issue a shop credit for pieces you are not loving your jewellery - no refunds or returns for custom/bespoke pieces.

Faulty pieces

 

If you have purchased an Argent piece, we will repair it at no cost for life (at our discretion) - we believe that our jewellery is timeless and hope you cherish your pieces forever, which is why we will repair it at no extra cost besides postage (again, at our discretion) - if your piece is twisted, worn, has snapped, we can fix it for you!

Replacement gemstones or missing parts of a piece will be charged at cost unless the piece was faulty.


ARGENT 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY — TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Promoter: Argent Silversmit

  2. Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18+.

  3. Entry Period: The giveaway runs daily from 3–114 December. Each day’s giveaway opens at time of posting and closes at 11:59pm AEDT the same day.

  4. How to Enter: Entrants must complete the action outlined in each day’s caption—typically liking the post, following @argentsilversmith, and commenting/tagging as required.

  5. Winner Selection: Winners are chosen based on eligibility and quality of entry (where applicable). Argent may select winners at its discretion.

  6. Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via DM from the official @argentsilversmith Instagram account only. Argent will never request payment or credit card details to claim a prize.

  7. Prizes: Prizes vary daily and are listed in each post. Prizes are not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

  8. Shipping: Argent covers standard shipping within Australia. International winners (if deemed eligible) may be responsible for duties or international shipping fees.

  9. Fraudulent Entries: Spam or fake accounts are disqualified. Tagging celebrities or spam accounts voids entries.

  10. Rights: By entering, participants consent to Argent using their entry content (comments, story submissions, group chat names, etc.) in marketing materials.

  11. No Affiliation: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or TikTok.

Final Decision: Argent’s decisions on all matters relating to the promotion are final.
